I was seeking a Chaplain Career Information On How To Become A Chaplain, That led To A Unique Internet Ministry.

My chaplain career began as a Pastor. I have served as Pastor with a church/school in Ohio, The reason I left was because of a scriptural error on the school's part. Finally tired of trying to convince my professor that the second "thief" on the cross did not accept Jesus for who he said he was and not that he committed murder. There were other doctrinal differences as well. The move to being chaplain for a Chaplain Fellowship Ministries was a more reasonable move.. But what is an internet chaplain?

My Website ministry is actually an outgrowth of becoming interested in using the internet and website creation to proclaim that which I am passionate about. For me, I have a passion for chaplaincy.

Chaplain caregiver agreement

I agree to Chaplain Mark to be my counseling caregiver and allow him to treat me in that capacity, I agree to have my webcam on during my sessions with Chaplain Mark. I also agree to let call me at (   )   -     in the event I go off line or do not meet him at our designated times.

     I also agree to allow him to contact my emergency contact _______________________  phone number  (       )    -    .  I acknowledge that all numbers must be working, in the event that a number is disconnected, I will given him a number to replace the number with another working number, I acknowledge that all numbers must be working before sessions can begin, and the he will call the number to assure that it is in working order and belongs to the person I say it belongs to.

  I agree to allow Chaplain Mark to confer with other professionals on my case without the use of my name, for the expressed reason of certain matters that may occur during our sessions,

   I also understand that Chaplain Mark is not a licensed mental health provider or therapist but a caregiver, and that he has the right to contact emergency care or that he may refer my case to licensed provider.  I understand that Chaplain Mark is a licensed caregiver in the area of Christian counseling and I agree to allow him to counsel me in that area.
